72 year old healthy man with severe right hand neuropathy causing muscle wasting. He sought to improve the contour and appearance of his right hand to better match the shape of his left hand.

Tendon Reconstruction
This is a 43 year old man who accidentally cut his flexor tendon 7 years ago. He presented after having undergone multiple surgeries before and has not been able to properly flex his small finger since then. This is his outcome 6 weeks after 2nd stage tendon reconstruction with a tendon graft and tendon transfer.

Nerve and Tendon Reconstruction
This is a 77 year old woman presented to us 11 months after she accidentally cut her forearm against broken glass. She had significant nerve pain and thumb weakness. We removed the neuroma, placed a nerve graft, and transferred her ring finger tendon to her thumb to help reduce her pain and restore her thumb function.
